Dear Paul,
Many thanks for your feedback. With regards to the return of the hire car, we do normally try to ensure that the return of our customer's vehicle coincides with the collection of the hire car, however sometimes due to driver/collection availability we cannot always fulfil this, so we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.
