Many thanks for your feedback. In this instance, as the third party had made allegations of the incident to our underwriters we are obliged to contact our insured to see if they were involved in an incident. If the allegations are correct and our insured has been involved in an incident we therefore have to take full details from our insured in order to deal with the claim appropriately.
