As advised delivery timescales are subject to stock availability. In this instance you were informed the wood was out of stock until approximately the 22/02 by voicemail and email. Due to the unavoidable delay we refunded your shipping costs as you wished to wait on your original selection as per our telephone call. Thankfully the wood arrived earlier than anticipated and was issued to you immediately to save any further delay.We have repeatedly left voicemails and have answered your calls so I am truly sorry that you feel we have lacked in communicating with yourself.
