Very hard to get hold of customer service if you have a,query. Never known a company to have "due to a very high call volume" message for 6/7/8hrs a day !

Simple, quick, cheap and convenient

It was easy to find the blind I needed and simple to order it to the appropriate dimensions. Delivery was quite quick - less than a week for a made-to-measure roller blind. And it was very good value.
