They would have a better review if they just replied to e-mails and answer the phone.The web site says they dispatch in 3 days but they don't it's a bit longer.Anything from 7 to 10 days.

Have a bizzare way of adjusting the size of your blind, regardless of experience make sure you read the fitting guide as they make adjustments for exact fit..... Misleading

Unfortunately I made the error of missing their measuring guide so my blinds were made to an incorrect size. You have to be careful as you enter your dimensions rights above the add to cart button....
