The villa was not as high a standard as the villa the previous year. The bathrooms were of a poor quality and not what was expected from GIC villas.

Thank you so much for taking the time to complete our Feefo review and providing the feedback on Thalassa Vista Villa. I must admit that I was surprised to read your comments as Thalassa Vista is one of the best selling properties in our portfolio. However, in comparison to Manolia Villa, where you have stayed previously, I can agree that Thalassa Vista offers a more traditional and homely style of accommodation and, will have felt more lived-in.

I have noted your comments about the bathrooms and have forwarded your feedback to the villa owner for their reference.

I thought that you would be interested to know that we are undertaking renovation works this winter at Olive Press in order to raise the standards for the 2019 season in light of comments similar to your own and from our own first-hand experiences.

Should you be interested in returning to Greece in 2019 I'd be more than happy to recommend a property for you that offers a similar style and standard of accommodation to your previous villa stays with us.
