I am sorry to hear only one of the Viola Hanging Baskets was successful. This is most unusual so I have issued a refund of the order and apologise for any disappointment. Thank you for leaving your valued feedback it is appreciated.

I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with the plants you have received. The flowering time for these plants is generally January to April so please allow some more time for them all to produce their flowers.

It is sometimes necessary to despatch plants a little earlier or later than originally planned and we do apologise if this was the case. We can see that our Customer Service Team have attempted to resolve this for you however it appears that there has been a system error which meant the refund didn't go through as expected and we can only apologise for this. We can see that you ordered our Prunus incisa Kojou-no-mai 9cm pots and therefore are some of our smaller pot sizes but once potted on in a bigger pot they will begin to thrive.
