I was OK with the situation not complaining. This was for your information to help you. The mail service here is pretty bad which I think was the main problem ie the time you notified me of dispatch till the time of arrival

Winter plugs arrived late. My last of 7 trays arrived 11th october. Ridiculously late. Will never use suttons again. Didn't seem bothered when I emailed them to say how disappointed they are.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that there was a delay to your order for a live plant. Unfortunately, it does look as though we provided an incorrect despatch date at the time you placed the order. As a business, we have undergone several systems changes recently. Whilst those changes will offer increased functionality and a better level of service to customers in the long term, I’m afraid that due to some unanticipated technical issues, we have, unfortunately, experienced some teething problems in the short term.
