Thank you for taking the time to review your order and I am sorry if it was received later than expected. I believe there may have been a error with the despatch status on your emailed confirmation. Our customer service team should have been able to explain this to you so I do apologise if this was not the case.

I do apologise for the late arrival of your plants. According to our tracking information they were all despatched on the 22nd September so may have been held up in the postal system. I will email you directly to respond fully.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that there was a delay to your order for a live plant. Unfortunately, it does look as though we provided an incorrect despatch date at the time you placed the order. As a business, we have undergone several systems changes recently. Whilst those changes will offer increased functionality and a better level of service to customers in the long term, I’m afraid that due to some unanticipated technical issues, we have, unfortunately, experienced some teething problems in the short term.
