Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with this feedback, we have ensured to pass these comments onto our nursery for review. We apologise that your experience was not as expected and some plants were not up to our usual standard. We take all feedback very seriously so have made sure our nursery growers and management have been made aware of this. We dispatch thousands of plants each day and rarely hear of issues such as this, but want to ensure this does not happen again which is why we take all feedback very seriously. We always want our customers to be 100% happy with their order and recommend that you contact our customer services team as soon as an issue is identified so they can resolve this for you as soon as possible. In regards to our packaging we are still using black plastic pots at the moment to ensure all remaining stock of these is utilised and not wasted however we do have recycled and compostible pots coming in to replace these, once our existing stock has been used. We appreciate your feedback reagrding this and can assure you that impovements are already on their way regarding our packaging.

I am sorry to hear your order of planted baskets were delayed and were not in a good condition on arrival. I can see we have refunded you in full so apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment caused. Your feedback is appreciated.

I am sorry to hear of the delay with the Scarifier delivery. I can see it was despatched but was lost in transit with our couriers. The order was replaced and I am glad to hear it has finally arrived. I do apologise if you had to contact us on more than 7 occasions and for any inconvenience this may have caused. We do have a large team within our customer service department and I am sorry if your contact was dealt with by different operators. I can see we have responded to the emails you have sent and have been in constant contact with the supplier of this product to ensure the problem was resolved.
