We’re proud to deliver great value and quality to our customers and ensure to dispatch our plug plants at the best, optimal time to ensure they are received in a healthy condition ready for potting on. Our plug plants are packaged to avoid damage from transit, but sadly on occasion the rigors of transit will be beyond that in which our packaging can protect. We are sorry to hear that a selection of the plants did not arrive in the condition we would expect. As confirmed by your comments, it appears the delivery driver did not handle the parcel with care as advised and sadly this affected the health of your plants. We apologise that your plants did not arrive in the condition we would expect and hope you‘ll give us chance to prove ourselves. Long delay on delivery and tiny plugs suffered in postal delivery
Plug plants were a month late and were not in very good condition on arrival. Using Royall mail meant some delay in delivery. Not ideal for such small plants

Good morning, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your plants were affected by longer transit times. Our plants are all grown with the utmost care and to the highest quality standards to be sent to you at the best stage of development for travelling and for you to grow on successfully. Our plug plants are packaged to avoid damage from transit, but sadly on occasion the rigors of transit will be beyond that in which our packaging can protect. We kindly ask that you to monitor the condition of your plants and allow the plants time to recover as we do dispatch them in prime health, our plug plants will usually perk up after a week or so with light and water. If they do not recover, please contact our customer care team again to discuss a resolution.

Good value. Only complaint if that the last delivery of geraniums came via Whistl/Royal Mail and they took a week to get here. On arrival they were in a poor state and only 2/3rd survived. Sent...

We trust our couriers to deliver our plants within 48 hours of despatch and we apologise if this was not the case. Dear Amy, Thank you for your prompt response. The fault was with Whistl, who took too long to get them to Royal Mail, otherwise it would have been 5 star rating. I received Begonia tubers and fuscias from you recently and they were great.. Kindest regards, Ian Cowie

We aim to dispatch out plants in the best possible health to help ensure they have the best chances of survival after the affects of transit.
