We are sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. We can see that there was an issue with the original delivery and therefore a replacement has been arranged. This is currently with EvRi who should deliver shortly, there are huge strains on the courier networks at the moment with both the huge demand and the current postal strike and apologies if this is affecting the delivery of your order.
