I am sorry to hear you did not receive your Strawberry plants. They were despatched a day after you placed the order and the package is showing as delivered on the 3rd December. We do apologise for any disappointment caused with the delivery of your order. Unfortunately we send out these products when they reach the optimal condition for growing on and we are sorry that these arrived slightly earlier than expected.
