We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the despatch of your order, we do try to account for conditions when we are despatching our orders but they do also need to be sent out when they are in the optimal condition for our customers. They can be planted in some soil in a sheltered spot such as a cold greenhouse or shed and then planted out when conditions thaw but we do appreciate your comments.
