We are sorry to hear that you had issues with the delivery of your order, we rely on the couriers to ensure that your delivery is delivered in a timely manner to the correct address and apologies if this was not the case on this occasion. Unfortunately on some occasions the couriers do not take a picture of delivery and therefore we would have been unable to provide this on this occasion. We try to do all we can to locate a parcel if it has not been delivered correct and sometimes we ask our customers to check with their neighbours as sometimes mistakes can be made.
