We are so sorry to hear that you are not happy with your order on this occasion, and this arrived in poor condition, this is very disappointing and certainly not up to our high standards of quality. We are sorry to hear that several of the plug plants were dead on arrival and that more have since died, we expect all our products to arrive in prime condition and it is disappointing when this doesn't happen.
