We apologise for any delay that occurred with the dispatch of your plants. The planned despatch times provided are based on the best estimations we have for when the plants will be in optimal condition for dispatched assuming the plants respond as planned. Although we try to stick as closely as possible to published despatch dates, we believe that the most important thing is to send plants out as soon as they are in prime condition for despatch and this may not be quite as originally planned but we are sure to dispatch them as soon as they are ready and have time to still grow and perform to their full potential. As a winter flowering variety we are confident your pansies will flourish when grown on following the care instructions provided.

We are sorry to hear that several of the plants did not arrive in the condition that you were expecting, we can see that this was a free product with seeds provided and as such the advisor offered a £5 voucher as a gesture of good will. We are sorry to hear that some of your plants were smaller than expected, we can see that you ordered our smaller plug plants which are between 3-6cm from root to tip, after growing on they should soon develop and grow. Kind Regards, Amy, Suttons Customer Care
