I am sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the condition of your lavender plants, this certainly is not the quality we aim for our plants to arrive in. Sadly, the unfavourable conditions of transit, lack of light and water, can affect the health of plants on arrival and I sincerely apologise we were unable to offer a replacement for you on this occasion.
