Luxury Gold Reviews

Thank you for taking the time to share such a warm and detailed review, and for recommending us to your friends and family. We are delighted to hear that you found Peru so rewarding, and that every detail of your journey allowed the whole group to relax, enjoy the experience and see so many remarkable sights. It is particularly pleasing to learn that you were so satisfied with the itinerary, the time allowed at each stop, the standard of the hotels and the quality of the food experiences. We are also pleased that the train journey to Lake Titicaca, though lengthy, proved well worth the time and was every bit as luxurious as you had hoped. We are grateful for your kind comments about your Travel Concierge and your Local Guide for the Sacred Valley, Cusco and Machu Picchu, whose organisation, local knowledge and care clearly made such a difference. We shall be happy to pass on your thanks to them both, and we hope that you will have the opportunity to travel with us again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. It is particularly pleasing to learn that the trip was so well organised and that your Travel Concierge made such a positive impression. We shall be happy to pass on your kind words to her. We were sorry to learn that you would have liked to spend a little longer at the former convent, and we appreciate your drawing this to our attention. We have shared your comment with our Product Development Department so that the time allowed at each location may be considered when the itinerary is next reviewed. We hope that you will have the opportunity to travel with us again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your stay. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the service excellent, and that our on-the-road team responded so thoughtfully when you were unwell, providing soup on request for two days and arranging for your insulin to be sent on with your luggage. We are also pleased that you found the accommodation clean, the food great and the talks interesting. We shall be sure to pass on your kind words to the colleagues concerned. We are sorry that the glacier excursion proved such an uncomfortable experience, with the cold, rain, snow and wind, and that your socks were soaked within minutes of arriving. Your suggestions are practical ones: that guests be advised in advance to bring waterproof footwear, that the effect of the weather be explained more clearly, and that alternative options be offered on the day. We shall share them with our Operations Department so that the guidance and choices provided for this excursion may be considered carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.
