We are pleased to learn that you found your Travel Concierge and Coach Driver excellent and that the hotels and restaurants were of a high standard, but we recognise that these positives were overshadowed by the arrival of your transfer. Having no one to meet you at Newark at 10pm, followed by difficulty reaching the dispatcher and a scheduling error, falls well short of the standard expected of Luxury Gold. We also regret that your complaint, raised through your Travel Agent, has gone unanswered. That is not acceptable, and we apologise for it. We would like to look into this properly, and we would be grateful if you could email our Global Guest Relations team at globalguestrelations@ttc.com with your booking details, so that we can investigate how the transfer was arranged and respond to you directly.
