As seen in our booking conditions under "Illness or Absence", refunds for early departures will not be distributed and we do not operate a credit system. Regarding your journey on the waters of Alaska, as seen in our booking conditions, while cruising you will enjoy the services of a Cruise Manager. What's more, although we can confirm with much confidence that such incidents are quite rare, we'd like to apologize for any discomfort caused as a result of the complications that arose upon arrival in Vancouver.
