Your comments about extended waiting times and the lack of engaging activities during those periods are noted and will be reviewed carefully. We’re pleased to hear that you had the opportunity to visit some amazing places and connect with like-minded fellow travellers. That sense of camaraderie is something we always hope our guests take away from their journey. We are, however, very sorry to learn that some of the optional experiences, such as the horse and carriage ride at Lake Lucerne and the perfume visit, did not live up to expectations. Your description of the conditions at the snack stop is concerning, and we will be following up with our local partners to ensure that all venues meet acceptable standards of cleanliness and hospitality. We also appreciate your feedback on the pricing and relevance of certain stops, and will take this into account when reviewing future itineraries.
