It is unacceptable that the hotel was not aligned with the Travel Director’s guest list, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to be unable to check in promptly. Your suggestion to begin tours in the morning is a valuable one, and we will certainly take it into consideration for future planning. We regret that the Taste of Holland and Amsterdam tour did not deliver the experience you were hoping for. Your feedback regarding the cheese and clog demonstrations, as well as the lack of vegetarian options, is noted and will be shared with our partners to ensure better inclusivity and quality. On a positive note, we are delighted that you found Mount Stanserhorn to be a highlight it’s wonderful to hear it was worth every penny. We’re also pleased that you enjoyed the Tyrolean Folklore experience and found the Pompeii guide knowledgeable. However, we are sorry that other elements, such as the Swiss Countryside visit and the Lagoon cruise to Burano, fell short. Your comments about the lack of interaction, limited time, and dietary restrictions are important and will help us improve the experience for future guests. We also acknowledge your concerns regarding hotel standards, particularly in Lucerne and the Ibis properties. Comfort and service are essential, and we will review these accommodations with our partners to ensure they meet the expectations of our guests. Your disappointment with the Monaco itinerary and the Grand Prix track visit is understandable, and we will revisit this part of the tour to ensure it aligns more closely with what is advertised.
