It is also encouraging that stops such as Hotel Weatherford, Cameron Trading Post and Route 66 added so much to the journey. We are sorry that the hotel at one stop was not up to standard, and that the time allowed at Zion felt so rushed. Your suggestion of either extending the itinerary by a day or reconsidering the stop is a thoughtful one, as is your preference for two-night stays to allow for practical needs such as laundry. We also regret that the slot canyon staff changed their rules without notice and did not show sufficient consideration for guests with limited mobility. We will share all of these points with our Product Development and Operations Department, and we are grateful for your recommendations and your continued loyalty.
