We are, however, sorry to hear that certain aspects of the tour did not meet your expectations. We understand that the removal of porterage on Costsaver trips can be challenging, particularly on an itinerary with multiple hotel changes and late arrivals, and we appreciate your suggestion of offering this service as an optional add-on. Your comments regarding the quality and convenience of some hotel stays, as well as the included and optional meals, have also been noted and will be shared with our Quality Control team and Product Development Teams for review. It is good to hear that some of the optional experiences added to your journey, though we regret that others did not offer the value or enjoyment you had hoped for. It is wonderful to know that the Travel Director was attentive to your needs, ensuring your allergies were accommodated and making thoughtful arrangements to help with your boyfriend’s comfort. We are also pleased that you enjoyed the expertise of the local guides in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria, as well as the overall itinerary and coach experience. We regret, however, that not all of the hotels met your expectations. We understand how important comfort and quality are in enhancing the enjoyment of a trip, and we are especially sorry to hear about the allergic reaction you both experienced in one of the rooms.
