We are, however, very sorry to learn that other aspects of your experience did not meet expectations. We understand how important it is for our Travel Directors and Coach Drivers to be knowledgeable and confident throughout the journey, and we regret that you felt this was not the case on your trip. We also regret to hear about your experience with the hotel in Niagara. We have passed this feedback on to our Quality Control Team so that they can follow up with the property directly. While we are glad that several hotels met your expectations, we are sorry that the overall experience fell short of what you had hoped for.
