While your original seat selection was made, airlines can sometimes change allocations for operational reasons, although seats are always kept together. We also apologise for the delay with your transfer. Our team did contact the supplier at the time and understand the driver was on site and reached you shortly after, but we appreciate the wait would have been frustrating.
