Thank you for sharing this feedback with us. We are very sorry for the frustration you experienced when trying to book your AquaClass stateroom, and we apologise sincerely if it made you feel discriminated against as a solo traveller. That is never our intention.
Our AquaClass staterooms have a minimum occupancy of two guests, which means they will not appear in the search results for solo occupancy. We also have a very limited number of dedicated solo staterooms, and these often sell out quickly due to high demand, therefore we recommend booking in advance.
Please know that we deeply value our solo guests and would never wish to disadvantage or exclude them. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as a loyal Celebrity Cruises guest, and we are truly sorry.
