We did just speak on the telephone and would to again apologise that you did not receive your renewal documents, but am pleased to confirm that we have emailed them to you a few moments ago and will also post them to you today.
I found exotic direct very easy to deal with, what was a very stressful and upsetting time for myself when my tortoise was attacked they made the whole process manageable
