Call to the call centre on Monday was frustrating as asked if someone within Australia could call us back and he said someone would call us but waited and never happened.

excellent pricing on car insurance, however they weren't interested in offering me home and contents insurance. dissapointed to find that out immediately after paying up front for car insurance.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased that we have been able to provide you with an affordable Motor Insurance policy, however, sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding Home Insurance.
It is important to note that our underwriting criteria is based on assessments across an overall portfolio, and our intent is to ensure we can maintain competitive premiums offered to as wide a range of people as possible. In order to achieve that aim we need to maintain some selection criteria which means that there are some areas where we are not able to offer insurance.
