After years of being a loyal customer I found Real had cancelled my house and contents policy.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have been told I have to contact insurance council to find an insurer for my house and contents but I can insure a second property no problem.
Like I said. I'm sure I was notified but that doesn't help me now.
If no one could help me on the phone for an hour I can't see how a senior team member can do anything different.
