Dear Customer. Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear about your experience. The blades and outer foil should have lasted for a longer amount of time, similar to the original parts. We would suggest raising a formal complaint with the Panasonic Customer support team and provide us with the model of the shaver that you are using and a covering letter so that the matter could be further investigated.
