Contacted them about a couple of products via webchat. They were very helpful and did a great deal for me

frustrating time trying to sort out a non delivery… they use DHL who cant track their drivers…..Panasonic call centres are all over the place and dont do proper case notes or speak English…. still...

Advised delivery day, then told it would not be delivered that day after the delivery slot time. Arrived following day with late notification. Packaging all damaged on one side which the courier hid...
