Thanks for your feedback. We have taken a look at your order and due to bad weather conditions in the US, the postal service has had a delay on all customs from the UK and elsewhere. We can see that your parcel is in transit and on its way to you, so we hope it would be with you shortly. Apologies for any inconvenience but once it has left our HQ it becomes slightly out of our control.

Amazing, we love that your hair sparkles! This had put a smile on our faces today, we hope you continue to get such brilliant results from the products.
The products are excellent and the website ordering is straight forward. The postage to Canada however is very high.
A comparable product line specifically for grey hair does not exist in this...

Thanks for this info. Although I did try ordering from one of the above US retailers. The shipping was a bit (not a lot) better but then because you are a UK product I was charged duty and a processing fee so the US option really is expensive for Canadians.
I see that you serve Australia - Canadians would also like to have ready access to your products.
Yes, it probably is more suited to shorter hair or you could use it as a root booster. Just rub a really small amount between your fingers and then lightly shoosh in your roots. We are really pleased you are enjoying using all the other products.

Delivered on time and quickly. Each product came individually wrapped in tissue which was pretty but a waste. It is not necessary to wrap plastic tubes in tissue. Just more rubbish to throw away.
