Thanks for leaving some feedback for us. We are sorry that you did not get on with our Shooshing Creme. We usually recommend that this is only used on shorter hair and not on mid- long. Please email customercare@whitehothair.co.uk so we can offer you some form of compensation.
Very Pleased with their service. Shipping is a little expenses but worth it.
