Hi Rita,
Thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback. Apologies that you have not received your order yet, it has been 8 working days and the allowance to the US is 7-10. Once it leaves our HQ it is int he hands of the postal service and so it makes it slightly out of our control. We would hope that it arrives in the next few days but if not, please get back in touch with us. We are currently tracking your parcel for you and will directly email you these details.
Really pleased with the results! I have color highlighted hair, on brown and grey hair. My hair is looking much brighter and feels softer. Sally

This is also what we love about Luminous. Whilst it gives your hair such a glossy feel it does not leave it lifeless or limp which many conditioners can.
Love the products. My sister introduced me to White Hot. I was skeptical , but am now a firm believer. Gray/white hair changes as we age and good care is critical if you love your hair.
