Hello, I'm sorry you've been disappointed in our products. In case it's helpful (and of course it may not be applicable to you) we always mention using heat on your hair, particularly straighteners, as they are a major culprit in causing which doesn't wash out. While Brilliant Shampoo is great to help optically counteract it, it wlil reappear with use of heated stylers.
