The staff on the tour was excellent. We never dealt with the company itself as our travel agent handled that.

Our tour guide Steve & our bus driver were both excellent. Everything was well planned for us. Wonderful dinners & beautiful hotels. I will recommend Luxury Gold to my friends.

The trip itself was
Great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. However we were told that it was a 25 person tour and it turned out to be forty. We were very unhappy with that misrepresentation.

On specific dates, which are listed in our itineraries, we run small special group departures, that are limited to just 24 guests. However, we are sorry to learn of any miscommunication that could have occurred. Nonetheless, we remain extremely pleased to learn that you thoroughly enjoyed your time on the Ultimate Italy trip.

Steve Ellison kept everything very organized yet relaxed, the excursions were well thought-out and relevant and the overall experience was great for our whole family.
