They should have done their homework on the Trans Canadian Train Trip. Our trip from Vancouver to Jasper was wonderful, then we boarded the train, which was a nightmare. The coaches were not LUXURY...

The Trans-Canadian Grandeur itinerary is an iconic trip that takes our guests to explore across the full breadth of the country and take in all of the remarkable landscapes along the way. However, having received your feedback, we truly regret to learn about your disappointment with the quality of the train compartments and we are sorry to learn that delays heavily affected your journey. We appreciate just how frustrating this must have been and have forwarded your comments to our Operations and Quality Control Teams for their further enquire. Nevertheless, we hope that you have still taken many outstanding highlights away from the trip.

Driver was excellent. Our guide did not seem to know much about the areas we were visiting and as we were joining an ongoing tour the few of us that joined later were always grouped aside.

Journeying across these three states to take in many iconic locations in a snapshot of time does mean time spent on the roads and the main highways are the fastest way to ensure that our passengers can take in all of the exciting attractions. Nevertheless, we appreciate your concerns and we have passed on both this comment and those about the service that you received to our Operations Team for review. Still, we hope that you did relish many wonderful moments throughout the trip and to have the future opportunity to provide you with an experience that you wholly enjoy.

Our guide seemed a little disorganized and not as knowledgeable as she should have been on the areas of South we covered. Some of the included meals were very poor.
The Sumptuous Soul of America has been carefully comprised to show our guests some of the iconic locations across the American heartland. This is why we are really pleased to read that you enjoyed every aspect of the itinerary. What's more, we are happy that you were able to experience the high standard of service that we are recognised for at Luxury Gold and we hope that you will join our dedicated team soon for another amazing adventure.
Enjoyed having vouchers for transportation (taxi) as opposed to van or bus service.
Large bus for the group was spotless, lots of leg room, comfortable cooling and seats. Tour directors Max was a...
