We are, however, sorry to learn of the issues you experienced during your trip. We understand how uncomfortable and disappointing it must have been to be assigned an already-occupied room in Bergen, and we apologise for the embarrassment and inconvenience this caused, as well as for the delay in receiving a replacement room.
We also regret that you were dissatisfied with the commentary provided by the local guides in Bergen and Oslo. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will ensure it is shared with our Product and Operations Teams so we can review and address these concerns.
We appreciate your comments regarding the lack of air conditioning and the discomfort caused by the heat in some hotels. While air conditioning is less common in certain regions, we agree that providing effective portable fans could have helped make your stay more comfortable, and we will pass this suggestion on to our partners for consideration.
