not sure. they did say there was nothing they could do a1bout fees, and taxes i had to pay. I did think $40.00 was a little too much extra to pay on top of buying the slippers

This year the US government imposed an extra 10% tariff on top of the existing duties, fees and taxes that were already required. This completely out of our control. Extra roomy men's shoes

We received order a lot quicker than expected. We have a problem in a return and are awaiting a reply, which has probably gotten delayed due to the holidays.
