It was about average except package shipping was vague.

The package shipped from a strange location and I wasn't entirely sure what it was until I opened it.

The outer packaging should have had Footshop Ltd on it which is part of Cosyfeet. We are sorry for any confusion this may have caused. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you have found this style to be unsuitable. We can advise we offer a free returns service so if they are unsuitable they can be returned for a full refund. Although all of our footwear is the 6E width fitting some styles will accommodate more swelling than others and the fit can vary. My feet was swollen, the width of your shoe was great. the only problem I had was the length of the shoes. If the shoes had been a little longer they would have been prefect.

Unfortunately we do not do a larger size in this style. We have a limited section of styles that go to a size US 12. It would make them 1/2 an in longer in length.
