Good morning. Firstly, thank you for letting us know your honest opinion on the recent experience you've had with us; I would like to offer you our sincere apologies on the situation we've put you in; not good at all! Please know, I have since investigated this and our hands are up well and truly, we had a physical stock discrepancy which in-turn has fed through onto our website showing that we had more than we actually did. This discrepancy should have been rectified as soon as we were made aware of it, however on this occasion the stock wasn't written out of the system instantly and unfortunately this has led to the shortfall. We're always trying to learn and get better at what we do, so this has been raised to the retrospective area of our business for awareness and an understanding of the impacts that not acting at pace has. Again, we apologise for this, and if you're willing to give us another chance, please discuss this with me personally; Stuart Rolfe, Head of Customer Experience (stuart.rolfe@involvement.co.uk). Good morning. I've tried to contact you a couple of times now to discuss the recent and honest feedback you have provided us recently, but unfortunately I have been unsuccessful in doing so. I wanted to reach out to you to see what options we could offer you as I do understand your frustrations and the last thing we want is to upset our Customers; I'm confident we can find a 'happy-medium' between us? I would at this point, like to take this opportunity to let you know why we made this commercial decision as a business. You're correct in what you're saying, we have in the past offered smaller quantities, however this was prior to us working hard to and subsequently achieving our AA+ Grade, BRC Standard, which is the highest rating achievable within storage and warehousing. As we improve our standards, this to offer our Customers the reassurances they want and expect we do have to review our processes too and unfortunately on doing so we had to make the commercial decision to keep our packs and pallets in pristine conditions and not open to the elements. I acknowledge this doesn't help you, but we will always do what we can to offer alternative products that may meet both of our requirements. As an example, we supply an extensive range of products in smaller quantities, albeit in pack sizes. I'm more than happy to see what we can do for you, so please feel free to reach back out to me and I'm sure between us we can find a solution? Thank you for letting us know your thoughts, we always want to learn and get better at what we do and feedback is imperative in order for us to do so. We offer our packaging to a multitude of industries and we will do our upmost to keep everyone happy, as much as we can do.
