Good afternoon. Thank you for your review and for the personal 'shout out', it's very much appreciated. It would be wrong of me to not state that it's not just me that will pull out the stops for our Customers. Here at Invopak we have a huge workforce who have a desire to make the experience we offer our Customers that of a world class one. We pride ourselves on this offering, as we understand that a bucket is a bucket, a jerrycan is a jerrycan and a tin is just ...... well, a tin! It's the experience we offer, our ambition and straightforwardness, along with the trust we give, that's cherry on the top of the cake that defines who we are and what we stand for as a colleague owned business.

Good afternoon. Many thanks for the recent review you gave us, it's great to hear. Always good to receive a full house of stars and your comments are much appreciated. I'm not sure of any other suppliers within our industry who offer goods to your door within 3 working days (sometimes even quicker). In fact, keep an ear out as we'll be soon offering something even quicker than 3 days, but shhhh, don't tell anyone and ruin the surprise!

Thank you for taking the time out to leave us this open and honest review, we will take the rough with the smooth and we understand at times thinks don't always go to plan. We're sorry to hear that on this occasion you've had a couple of issues. Let me start with the website; We pride ourselves on offering a user friendly ordering method, however we also understand that what one person may class as straightforward, another person may not. I want to therefore offer you the reassurances that we're always looking at improving the experience we offer our Customers, whether they order online or offline. Please don't think that you can't pick up the phone and speak to one of our team to place your orders moving forward, you're not restricted in anyway. Then, with regards to delivery; again, we have various ways in which we deliver our products to you. Our own fleet of vehicles or via a 3rd party carrier, depending on how the runs are planned will determine how these arrive with you and we would love to deliver everything personally and on our own trucks, this using our experience driver team. On this occasion it wasn't the case, so I can only apologise that this didn't you meet your standards, nor did it meet ours by the sounds of it either.
