Good morning. Firstly, thank you for letting us know your honest opinion on the recent experience you've had with us; I would like to offer you our sincere apologies on the situation we've put you in; not good at all! Please know, I have since investigated this and our hands are up well and truly, we had a physical stock discrepancy which in-turn has fed through onto our website showing that we had more than we actually did. This discrepancy should have been rectified as soon as we were made aware of it, however on this occasion the stock wasn't written out of the system instantly and unfortunately this has led to the shortfall. We're always trying to learn and get better at what we do, so this has been raised to the retrospective area of our business for awareness and an understanding of the impacts that not acting at pace has.
