We care about the success of our Customers businesses and I can see that we're making that quite clear in your eyes.

Hi Lesley, many thanks for taking the time out to review us and I'm happy to hear that the procedures we have in place are working from start to finish. 

From a customer point of view we want this process to be as easy as possible; you place the order and the goods arrive on the specified date. 

The amount of work that goes on behind the scenes in order for this to happen is a real eye opener. We call it the 'Customer Experience Relay Track' here at Invopak. Did you know that there are 24 steps within this process? 24 steps from you initially hearing about us and placing your order to that of you receiving your goods and the associated invoice. Your journey of purchasing from us includes 9 different departments in one way or another!

24 steps and 9 different departments all ensuring we deliver your goods to you with confidence. 

Hi Jayne, "Excellent service as always" is music to our ears, especially from a Customer who has traded with us over 10 Years (sounds like the start to a poem doesn't it? - not intentional!). 

To receive such a positive review from a long serving customer like you (I'm still going!) just shows we're not only doing things correctly now, but have consistently done so over many years.

Your continuous support is what makes our job easier and for that we thank you. We treat every customer uniquely and aim to be flexible to their needs and I do hope this has been the case?

Hi Douglas, many thanks for your time today on the phone. 

I am really sorry to hear about the issue you have had with us, this being that of a shortfall on your recent order. I was really surprised to hear that you have been invited to buy lots in excess of your requirement as this is not what I would expect from my Customer focused team.

We have in place a non-conformity procedure where all picking errors are reported and followed up with a stock check in order to highlight any potential errors that may have occurred. Can I please ask that if you do feel any future orders have been delivered with a shortfall that this is brought to our attention as soon as possible, so we can do these necessary checks and rectify.

As discussed, moving forward I have placed you on our internal watch list to ensure the quantity ordered is exactly what arrives.

You may have heard of our World Class Customer Experience that we are building here, your review is such a pleasure to read and shows that Lisa has a can-do attitude when managing your account, she also maintains a specific attention to detail to ensure everything is delivered to you as quick as possible regardless of how many extra products you need and always takes that personal responsibility no matter what your query may be. 

Lisa has mentioned on what a pleasure it is with dealing with yourself and your company, thank you for taking the time out to submit a review to us and we look forward to being in touch again soon.

Hi Carl, I'm really sorry to hear of the frustration we have caused you and Chesterfield Hydroponics.

We stock over 2000 products and our purpose is that of Delivering our Customers Products to Market with Confidence. Unfortunately, on this occasion I can see that this wasn't achieved with your 20 litre buckets solely.

I have investigated your comment with Jessica who is the Customer Service Executive who manages your account. I can see that you placed your order on the 5th of December 2016 as Jessica confirmed this to you via an email with the 'anticipated' delivery date of the 19th.

I can then see that on the 14th of December Jessica then informed you of an issue our Manufacturer was having with this product, this being due to the fact it consisted of a regrind material. This type of product is specialised and not one we tend to stock, again due to the nature of the material. Unfortunately, in this instance we were held to ransom by the dates from our suppliers and this is where I can see we let you down.
