I've passed these comments onto Joan as she is the Customer Service Executive who has looked after you and your business for the last 4.5 Years. She asked me to mention that it's always a pleasure dealing with you.

We're made up that your enquiries are responded to very quickly, that your quotes are produced within a couple of hours and that you feel our products are of a consistent quality and at a competitive level.

As you stated we are an "easy company to deal with" and this is only possible because our Customers Experience is at the fore front of our minds. We treat our Customers as we would like to be treated, which in-turn means our Customers are easy to deal with too.

- Sharon takes your initial order at our Glasgow Depot (she actually mentioned that "Gaynor is a very pleasant lady to deal with").

- The order is then sent to our Manchester Depot where our experienced Pickers & Packers take great care to ensue your goods are sent in pristine condition.

Hi Lesley, many thanks for taking the time out to review us and I'm happy to hear that the procedures we have in place are working from start to finish. 

From a customer point of view we want this process to be as easy as possible; you place the order and the goods arrive on the specified date. 

The amount of work that goes on behind the scenes in order for this to happen is a real eye opener. We call it the 'Customer Experience Relay Track' here at Invopak. Did you know that there are 24 steps within this process? 24 steps from you initially hearing about us and placing your order to that of you receiving your goods and the associated invoice. Your journey of purchasing from us includes 9 different departments in one way or another!

24 steps and 9 different departments all ensuring we deliver your goods to you with confidence. 

Hi Jayne, "Excellent service as always" is music to our ears, especially from a Customer who has traded with us over 10 Years (sounds like the start to a poem doesn't it? - not intentional!). 

To receive such a positive review from a long serving customer like you (I'm still going!) just shows we're not only doing things correctly now, but have consistently done so over many years.
