Firstly, please accept my apologies on this matter as this is not how we do business here at Invopak.

I'm really happy to hear that you have reviewed our service as 'Good' but do however feel it's a real shame that we have let you down at the final hurdle, this being at the stage of invoicing - this should not happen.

I will call you personally to rectify this situation so hopefully Invopak can learn from this and ensure it doesn't happen again.
