Did you know that our Glasgow Depot is the smallest one of our 3 UK servicing Depots? Regardless of this we still hold over £70,000 worth of stock ensuring we can always plan and anticipate our Scottish Customers future needs.

On your World Class Customer Experience journey you will be greeted by a wonderful lady named Sharon who will take your order making sure she confidently answers any questions you may have, going the extra mile for you if needs be.

Your order will then be picked by Davy who has been employed with Invopak for over 10 years. His experience is vital in ensuring you get the correct goods for your needs and this is backed up by only 4 picking errors ever being reported at this Depot since we began monitoring these in 2013. 

Finally, your delivery will be made by George who ensures that we deliver your products to you with confidence and I personally know that he has a great relationship with your Warehouse Team.

No matter the Customer, no matter the Depot we're extremely consistent - World Class Every Time.

Fantastic to see a full house of stars alongside some awesome wording regarding the products, delivery and service you have received. One of our key values here is to always aim for 1% better so we can deliver consistently high levels of service - I can see you have been a customer of ours for almost 10 years!

I would love to know your thoughts on how we have been over that timeframe and what really pushed you to tell us we provide 'great service', is it the products, our people, our ethics?

We are an ever evolving and deeply learning organisation so knowing where we have gone right (and even wrong) allows YOU to give us that extra 1% of knowledge and valuable insight.

Hope you are well, thank you for your feedback and also your time on the phone when I called the other day - as you know I have been investigating what had triggered your dissatisfaction.

I know you had mentioned to me you had called in and spoken with Dave since leaving your feedback. He has put your mind at rest that the containers delivered do hold 12.5L and upon testing you have seen this to be correct. Also I know Dave has took the time to explain why we changed you over to a different brand and that the stability of the prices can be given via using these in the future, he has also mentioned we can send you spec sheets for the products if you still need them - please let me know and I'll arrange this.

One of our World Class Customer Experience principles is to 'confidently answer our customers' questions and go the extra mile for them'. I sincerely hope we have done this for you now and helped you with your production.

Thank you for taking the time once again to provide a bit more feedback about your journey with us and also again thanks for your time on the phone yesterday.

Our philosophy at Invopak centres purely on YOU - our treasured customer. Part of our Purpose & Values is to "quickly bounce back and rectify any mistakes" (my prompt phone call to you to investigate the situation and resolve), "overcome problems by offering solutions" (a stronger, more compact jerrican as it allows us to keep that price as low as possible whilst offering the best product available) and "be knowledgeable about our products and services" (explanations from myself and Dave regarding the better quality of your new jerrican and the benefit to yourself, in turn reassuring you regarding your order)

Alongside the above, I have already mentioned our World Class Customer Experience. "We deliver on what we say and take action" is a key tagline involved in this ideology with the focus purely on being extremely consistent, world class every time!

It's great to see you change your thoughts on us Steve and I'm glad both Dave and I were able to help reassure you and you could see this was of benefit to you once put into practice.

I have spoken with my Customer Service Manager who was delighted to see your comments, especially regarding the etiquette of our driver and the way in which your products were delivered to you.

When I mentioned your comments to Linzi she was made up as I know she takes great pride in managing your account. I also know that we have forward orders in place for you and at times you tend to amend these quite late on. To know that we still achieve our purpose in these instances is music to our ears as we're always flexible to the needs of different Customers as we understand you're all unique.
