Firstly I'd like to say thank you for your open and honest feedback, as without this we wouldn't be able to continuously improve. 

Being a learning organisation we understand that things don't always go as smoothly as we would like and that's why we hold debriefs. I can see in this scenario (and by using your thoughts) some things did actually go 'well'; "Good Company", "Price was good" and "easy to deal with". This meaning that at the start of your journey all was actually going to plan.

During our discussion yesterday I understood your frustrations with regards the delay in delivery and the issue at invoicing stage, this being the 'what went less well' I'd say.

So, what have I done? - Well, I've spoken to my team at Glasgow to make them aware that any delays in deliveries need to be communicated to the Customer at all times and I've also discussed the invoicing issue with my accounts team and we have rectified this as confirmed to you yesterday.

I do hope that you can see that we're willing to take on board our Customer's comments and act upon them, hopefully to a conclusion that gives you confidence in us as a supplier?

Keeping customers informed is part of our Purpose & Values, not just letting you know what is happening with your order but ensuring you are updated on every step of what we call our 'Customer Cycle'. From the point of order to the point of delivery and usage of our products our standards are World Class and no less.

I know Amy has looked after your account for quite some time and that I am now looking after you whilst she leaves on maternity - I promise you are in good hands here although I do have a soft spot for cookies, chocolate muffins and coffee if you are ever in Manchester and fancy a catch up!

I'll also let Oliver, your Sales Executive, know regarding your feedback. I'm sure he will take great pride in knowing you are very happy with the service, he may even pop in sometime for a coffee himself (just make sure you save the cookies for me!)

WOW Caroline, what a pleasure it is to hear you say that you think our Customer Service is "Amazing", would you go as far as to say it was "World Class?" .......... I do hope so. 

The reason I say this is because 2017 was the year we rolled out our 'World Class Customer Experience' initiative. This Customer focused way of thinking is in-fact one of the Companies Annual Priorities as well as one element of our 5 Year Plan, meaning it's here to stay!

Good morning Audrey and thank you for your recent review of Invopak, it's much appreciated. 

You're actually the second customer who has praised the service of our Glasgow depot in the last week, which is great to see.

I can see from our system that Sharon at our Glasgow depot keyed your order, but did you know that the goods were actually sent via our Manchester Branch? 

This is sometimes the case and that's why we have 4 strategically placed depots in Manchester, Warwickshire, Glasgow and Dublin meaning we will always ensure you receive your goods as we're flexible to the needs of different Customers.
