Afternoon guys,

Thanks for your review of Invopak yesterday, we really appreciate the time taken to provide us with your honest thoughts.

I know Linzi and Adam look after your account and we did actually discuss the order where the wrong colour lids had been delivered. What is great to know is the fact that when presented with a problem we quickly bounced back and rectified the mistake, delivering these to you the day after. This is part of our Purpose & Values as a company and our dedication to our customers. We understand that things can sometimes go wrong (although we strive for 100% accuracy and satisfaction), what is important to us is how quick we can put things right.

I can see you have been trading with us for well over 10 years and to receive a positive review on this merit is very satisfying to hear. I have noticed we sent you some samples in early January to which you are now actively ordering with Linzi, only the other day we received your latest request for these. This falls under our World Class Customer Experience principles that we live by here at Invopak - "We plan and anticipate future customer needs"

By getting these samples to you for testing and ensuring they are well stocked and readily available when it comes to ordering, we aim to meet your needs and provide that consistent world class service every time.

Thank you so much for your recent review of us here at Invopak.

I know that this was your first purchase with us so it's fantastic to hear that you thought the service we provided you was "excellent" and that you were "kept informed of when your product would be delivered". 

You see, providing a World Class Customer Experience is one of the major driving factors for us here and we know (from listening to our Customers) that keeping you informed every step of the way plays a major part in us achieving this goal.

As a new Customer to Invopak I would like to make you aware of a few of things that will back up your positive comments:

We were recently awarded the Feefo Trusted Service Award as voted by our genuine Customers and only last week we found out that we are in-fact finalists in the Customer Service category of the upcoming 2017 E3 North West Business Awards (Keep your fingers crossed for us).

We are always looking for ways to improve what we do in order to benefit our Customers and we know that Innovation plays a major part in this, that's why we invested in automated Order Confirmations, Delivery Notifications and Signed Proof of Delivery so we can keep you informed from start to finish.

Finally, I can see that you have recently received samples of another product so I will make sure one of my team calls you to obtain your thoughts on this.

Firstly, thanks very much for leaving a review of Invopak, your words are valuable into the development of our 'World Class Customer Experience'.

Secondly thanks for your supplementary conversation with me over the phone. It was great to learn more about your world and your customers and also have a quick chat about this years Formula 1 season - still hoping Lewis pulls his socks up in Spain and that Honda finally sort out the engine for Alonso's sake!

As promised I have passed your details over to Nick so we can provide you with some quotes on the plastic bottles we discussed and he will be in touch very soon. Massive thanks for taking the time out and leaving a review of us at Invopak yesterday.

I'm quite (un?)lucky in the fact I've known Rob since primary school, we both grew up together and I could tell some unfortunate stories about him from over the years! But I'll leave that and not embarrass him as he's into his weightlifting and could probably bench press me through the window of our office, not sure how we'd explain that to Health & Safety....

Back to more pressing matters - your comment of 'world class diamonds' is such a joy to read as here at Invopak we lead an initiative called our 'World Class Customer Experience'. Both Rob and Scott thoroughly enjoy answering any and all questions and are always looking for ways to go that extra mile. Alongside their can-do attitude, attention to detail and a concrete willingness to take personal responsibility they aim to be extremely consistent, world class every time. 

Scott is one of our Directors here who absolutely loves being involved with his customers day in, day out. Having that personal touch is his forte and being in the battlefield is what he loves most.
