Thank you for your time on the phone earlier Darren, it was a real pleasure to hear all about what your company does and how you utilise the products we supply to you.

I have personally passed your positive comments onto Joan who was delighted to hear that she really makes a difference to you and your business, in-fact she referred to you as 'our Darren' which to me just shows the working relationship you have both developed.

Hi Tracy,

Thank you for the feedback.

I must apologize for the issues with your most recent order, I will be investigating the reason for late delivery with our courier and the condition of the items you were sent with our warehouse manager to ensure this does not happen again.

As you mentioned this is not the level of service we usually provide so I will be refunding your carriage charge immediately and if you let me know how many of the jars were unusable I will have replacements sent out to you straight away.

I hope this will help and go some way in restoring your trust in us.

Many thanks for your recently submitted feedback. I have tried to call you various times to discuss this purchase but unfortunately have not been able to speak to anybody.

Please can I offer my apologies with regards the incorrect quantity of Drums you received, this along with the lack of communication on our part.

I have investigated this post your comments and have identified where we let you down. Between myself and the teams concerned we have implemented an improved way of working to ensure such a situation doesn't occur again.
